I think, maybe, they look lighter on the tv or in the theater, but either the screencapping procedure darkens them or my monitor runs too dark (and it may be my monitor - or maybe my eyes!). I've always noticed the differences while watching the movie. The moments with Gollum in FOTR are quick and I don't think many of the screencaps I could find highlight the differences. I know they changed his design between FoTR and TTT, but I've never seen what his full FoTR looked like.Įven with screencaps side by side, how can anyone notice they are different?
